From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the luxurious ambiance and impeccable service of this hotel. the exclusive amenities included a rooftop terrace where we indulged in a delicious breakfast, accompanied by fresh fruit and breathtaking views. Our room was bright, well-appointed, and spacious, with all the advantages we could ask for.
We found the bed uncomfortable and woke up feeling tired.

The hotel is located in a great area, just across the road from an iconic restaurant and theatre, making it convenient for entertainment. The room had extra-large space with good amenities, with a balcony providing a great view. The staff were very attentive and warm in all interactions.
The room was fairly small and tight for the money paid, lacking facilities.

Great room size, spacious and comfortable. The beds were huge and the bathroom was large and clean. The location was fantastic, close to theaters and attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent concierge and valet parking services.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and cute, always with a smile on their faces. Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a luxurious modern feel and the location was ideal, within walking distance to most of the sights. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. We also enjoyed the fine view from the rooftop after watching a show at the Novello theatre.

The hotel had an amazing modern feel with gorgeous decor. The motion sensor lights and mood lighting added a cool touch. The staff was competent and friendly. The roof bar was lovely, and the location was very convenient, just a five-minute walk to Covent Garden. The Mood room was spacious with a nice-sized bathroom and a huge shower place with two shower heads. The beds were comfortable, and the room had noise-proof windows.
Felt very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The rooftop bar had fine views and great cocktails. Though we had a small issue with our room, the staff quickly fixed it and were very apologetic. I highly recommend this hotel.
